3. Project Scope & Deliverables

All projects include specific deliverables as outlined in individual project agreements. Any additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project type:

One-off Projects

  • β€’50% deposit to begin work
  • β€’50% due upon completion
  • β€’Deposits non-refundable once development begins

Retainer Projects

  • β€’Monthly billing in advance
  • β€’Auto-renewal with 30 days notice
  • β€’Unused hours don't roll over

Additional Terms

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their custom website code and design. However, Kiiro.cx retains ownership of general techniques, methodologies, and reusable code components.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We cannot guarantee specific business results or search engine rankings, as these depend on external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. For retainer agreements, 30 days written notice is required. Upon termination, payment is required for all work completed.

11. Revisions and Change Requests

To ensure project efficiency and cost control:

  • Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions
  • Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate
  • Major scope changes require a new project agreement
  • All change requests must be submitted in writing
  • Rush requests (less than 48 hours) incur a 50% surcharge

12. Hosting and Maintenance

We provide ongoing support as follows:

  • 180 days of free bug fixes and minor adjustments
  • Hosting recommendations and setup assistance
  • Optional monthly maintenance packages available
  • Emergency support available for critical issues
  • Client is responsible for hosting costs and domain registration

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or internet service disruptions.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation if negotiation fails
  3. Binding arbitration as a final resort
